The certificate comes with a report, outlining practical and cost-effective improvements you can make to boost your property’s energy performance. This might include anything from installing loft insulation, upgrading to low-energy light bulbs through to considering renewable energy systems. The report also shows a potential rating your property could achieve if these improvements were made.
