Local Events We’ve Sponsored this Summer
This summer, we’ve had the pleasure of supporting a number of fantastic local events that bring people together and celebrate the best of our towns and villages.
- Wood Street Village Show – Guildford
We were proud to sponsor this much-loved traditional village event. With entertainment, local stalls, competitions, and a wonderful community spirit, the day was a huge success. We received brilliant feedback from both organisers and attendees, and it was great to be a part of something so well-loved in Guildford.
- The Vehicle Show & Family Fun Day – Alton
A great day out for families and car enthusiasts alike! We were delighted to support this event, which showcased classic cars and offered fun for all ages. Once again, the community turnout was fantastic, and we were thrilled to play a role in helping to make it happen.
Fundraising for Shooting Star Children’s Hospice
Alongside our local sponsorships, we continue to raise funds for our chosen charity, Shooting Star Children’s Hospice, a lifeline for families with children who have life-limiting conditions. The work they do is invaluable, offering care, support and hope at the most difficult times.
So far in 2025, we’ve raised over £2,400, and that total is still climbing thanks to our dedicated team and generous supporters.
Up Next: Skydiving for a Cause
Two brave members of our Bourne team are taking fundraising to new heights—literally! In August, they’ll be leaping out of a plane in a charity skydive to raise further funds for Shooting Star. It’s a bold challenge and we couldn’t be prouder of them.
