Friday 30th November, Our Alton branch opened their doors to all dogs and their well-behaved owners for their Ruff ‘n’ Ready Tea Party in aid of Battersea Dogs and Cats Home.
All guests enjoyed tea, cake and took part in our raffle. In total we had 27 wonderful prizes up for grabs donated by local businesses within and around Alton including Palazzo Cleaning, The Hen & Chicken, Norman Read’s Butchers, Amy’s Nails, Pets Corner, Pets At Home, TeamSport Go Karting, Thai Boutique, The French Horn and many more.
Two Battersea representatives and their rescued pooches came to join in the party.
In total we managed to raise an incredible Ā£504.85 for Battersea Dogs and Cats Home.
Gemma Miller, Assistant Manager and owner of Toffee the Shih Tzu said “The event was amazing! Not only did we get to socialise with all the lovely dogs and owners of Alton but we also managed to raise a lot of money for a brilliant cause.”
