Christian, with over 20 years of experience up to Managing Director level, has worked for both corporate and independent companies since 2000. He resides in Guildford with his family, is actively involved in the local communities, and has a keen interest in land development and new home construction.

Adrian began his Estate agency career in 1998, at one of the largest independent estate agents in the UK. Having been with Bourne from the very beginning back in early 2009, Adrian and his highly dedicated and experienced team have seen Bourne become the areas number one estate agents. As the Director of the Branch he has seen the office grow from strength to strength through hard work, a loyal team, extremely high standards of service and ‘word of mouth’ recommendations. Adrian is incredibly proud of his team who have made Bourne what they are today.

With over 16 years’ experience in customer service, David is dedicated to delivering a pro-active and efficient service to landlords, tenants & staff. David’s greatest passion within his role is witnessing both business levels and staff growth year on year.

Shane has been an estate agent since 2010 and lives locally with his partner and their dog Jasper in Elstead. Shane is passionate about all things property and loves meeting clients in their homes to discuss their moving plans and helping them to make it happen. Outside of work Shane loves being outdoors, spending his spare time in either the Surrey Hills, The Lake District or North Wales.
